What is your question? I thought you wanted to know why folks wouldn't leave the leaders, and then you use csco and jnpr as an example as if jnpr is not a leader. Redback isn't a leader, jnpr is. Folks aren't going to leave csco today and hire on at akam to help out with their software. Folks aren't going to leave emc to go work at jnic tomorrow. They could head over to brcd, but they are less likely to do that then they would have been 2 months ago.
