Crystal ball.. AG should not resign, this is very normal if you make moeny you should loose some too, here why should FEd intervene let the market do what it has to, 'moral hazard' issue is important here, I think FED was late but this market fall has more to do with great heights and absolutely no believe in markets again, this kind of selling is difficult to abosrb but very imprtant part of any one who ikes to be in the market..

I would say that re-test of lows with SPX at 1100 and DOW at 9480, when last time this happened DOW as 9180 around, shows the intense amount of selling in Tech group,, the apparent capitulation looks distant but in Techs it is far more apparent, the DOW has taken the brunt well and needs to break form here to 9100 for that last big leg.. for bears thsi 9450 area has to be broken to make that broad based new lows on all major indexes for that BKX has to break from here to 740 and that is what is interesting to watch..

This unabated selling has great power it has taken IIX and DOT and slaughtered nearly all these stocks, I think that this is total capitulation and longs are just on the side lines watching horrifically the cutting down of our portfolios to more sensible levels..gg

I think all said and done we have to see through this, give it to the bears and wait for our chance, that is the only way.

If I am able to sleep today like many of the longs would peacefully, the time is on our side, this short selling would need some covering and that is what the game is all about.. I think China can get worst before it gets better on this 'apology' issue..Most of the stocks in the core are facing the music so are we but I think that 'this is what a bear is all about' it is these moments of extreme pain that we shall see our day, I just added calls on IIX at 180's..
