OJ, do we have to begin to wonder if we will see the classic dramatic capitulation in this market? Some great stocks are low enough to obviate selling pressure. What remains to be lost is, in broad perspective, somewhat minuscule. Why dump, for instance, LU at 7? The loss is fairly circumscribed at this point (should I say circumcised?). It might go to 3 but who of us currently thinks this really might happen (despite recent history) or that it would stay there very long? Who is going to do all this selling? Am I naive? Or might the classic scenario not be invariable? I will be interested in any thoughts you or others might have about this.
