Wolf - I read the OldMutual report on Provalis. Maybe I'm being pessimistic, but Kwok projects PRO will spend only a half million pounds in 2001 on drug acquisitions. That translates into about half of your estimate for upfront receipts by DMX. I wonder if the upfront receipt could be split over 2 years, ie 2001 and 2002. Comments?

I must admit I had a hard time not getting PO'd with the latest financing draw NR.
Has Rebecca never heard of a line of credit? My calculation is $6.94/share. When I first read of this (Acqua) deal, I never expected to see DMX selling shares at these prices. Frustrating to think that the timing of news can hurt like this. Don.
