Hi, Sid,

Capacity utilization number yesterday (79.4%) slightly better then expected, but still current utilization is the lowest since '92 and not far away from the low points of '86 and '91 (78.1%). But I guess the overcapacity problem should send us later on to the neighborhood of the 1982 low point at 71.1%.

Do you have an estimate on how long it will take to get to the low point?
