it's just if they (CB's & Governments) depress the price of gold too much, it might start putting the miners out of business what about the CB's and govt's going out of business? -g-

that is why one should diversify within the sector, and place one's biggest bets on those gold cos. capable of surviving a prolonged drought. still, gold stocks have been excellent performers in the two supercycle bears in the last century, and i would expect the feat to be repeated.
