Donny:

A suggestion on your ARBA shares. Might it not be better to switch to CMRC if you want to stay in the space.
1) You get to recognize the tax loss.
2) IMO CMRC fundamentals are better than ARBA's. Revenue model is more predictible, balance sheet is in better shape, partner relationships are more solid.
3) It will take ARBA time to get over the break with ITWO and also if you go back and listen to the Jan cc you will see they accelerated revenues to make the last quarter (something cmrc did not need to do).
4) Factor in the Nike/ITWO news which is hurting ITWO sales for now and probably impacting arba as well.

Just my opinion on what seems to have higher odds of panning out since I think cmrc comes back over arba. Of course we do have to wait for the cmrc cc to see what their #'s look like.

let me know if you like zoox for a 1 year hold

Donny, chances are you won't need to hold it for a year. It's going to zero before then. Tonight's earnings report is the last straw. If I were long ZOOX, I'd sell first thing in the morning. And better yet, short it to zero.

Regards,

Tom
