L.H: Levels of employment are high , the only sectors hit are the Manufacturing and the Techs. These sectors depend on corporate spending. Corporations are unwilling to update their facilities until they are sure of their bottom line. That will be evident only towards the end of the year. Till then interest rate cuts will have little impact on the TECH sector.

They may help to improve the manufacturing sector.
