If this isn't capitulation yet, I will sure hate to see what real capitulation is like when it happens! This is UUUUUUGGGGLY! With the markets as shaky as they have been over the last few months, all we needed was another exogenous event (spy plane fiasco) to make it pick up speed.

If the Green Man lowers rates again soon, do you think it will make a difference?

THe Dow is holding up the Sox and the Nasdaq like an old jock strap. Sox dropped because of equipment and INTC stocks. Fat cats are using strength to distribute. Can't see any progress until the bad news is out on these. China caps any market rally anyway.
