For INTC to be as bad as a CD return since 1995, INTC would need to be $6.61 today.

INTC closed at $29 yesterday.

INTC Jan 95 $4.3185.

It appears INTC return was approx 35%/yr since 1995, or, at least greater than 7%/yr.

1.35**6.3yrs * $4.3185 = $28.5.
