Sharp, Don't confuse the custom programming shops with software product companies. Agreed, the Indians have already taken over a lot of the custom programming tasks that can be well defined and well monitored. It is not a bed of roses however! On the other hand, software product companies are a different breed of cat. The ingenuity, inventiveness and other attributes that give American high tech companies an advantage are the same attributes that give our product companies an advantage. I do not expect this to change in the next few decades. FWIW, last October I sold the software products company that I founded 20 years ago. Best to all, John
