I would like to say that one thing no one can put you down for is that both you and mindmeld have stuck it out on the thread. Perma bulls like Ed Forrest, Phoenix (Gary), Uncle Frank and others disappeared with out admitting being wrong or saying they even sold csco. It's a hard thing to do but at least both you and mindmeld deserve credit for that.

Best Wishes to you both,

Bambs

P.S. I am busying shorting the DIA and select Dow stocks and am building a long term short position in ERTS. I may actually try to play the gap down bounce if csco warns and hits the 10 level and bounces. That all depends on the extent of the warning and the guidance....and of coarse the price is trades at the next day. I think we could get a tradable bounce off the 1400 area this month. But, I am sticking with my Nasdaq sub 1000 target for next year and 1150 low target for the fall.

Thx for the vote of confidence, Eric. I'm hanging in there pretty well. I've basicly decided that there's not much I can do at these levels of the market. All I will do is keep investing every month like I always have and just be patient. A few years from now this will all be a bad memory. Probably the worst in my memory to be sure. :) But you're right, the increasingly desperate posts I'm seeing on these threads is an indication that capitulation (yes, I know, a word used too often) is in full swing. If this isn't capitulation, then I don't know what is. In addition, if I hear Greenspan say soft landing one more time, I think I may send him a very nasty email indeed. This is the mother of all hard landings, save one, the Great Depression. Anyway, good luck to you!
