Good post Rambi...I echo your concerns for many of my relatives and friends. Unfortunately it is these "everyday Americans" that always throw in the towel last...unfortunately they just have not done it yet.

whats really sad is most don't have a clue that their negative return on investment will amount to 10 cents on the dollar when it's all over with and it will take DECADES for them to recoup their losses.
