they are still going gungho around plano...
my daughter and son in law just bought a brand new house in little elm and payed 120,000 for it...little elm is about 10 miles from plano...thats just about what i gave for my shopping center that is directly across the street from the mall in wichita falls that i could sell for 650,000 right now...but,i am holding out for the big mil...real estate is the best investment you can ever make...just try and buy em using my 75% rule and you will make out like 'el bandito grande'...btw...best buy is building right next door to me...

Hi h8_2_b_l8,

I actually think DC will be fine ..... as long as the government keeps hiring contractors and building computer systems.

The unemployment rate here is about 2.5% maybe a little less. The problem is that in many cases, it takes two incomes to afford to live here.
