You got me all wrong, Skeet!

I was bearish from July 1999 through December 2000. In January 2001, with the interest rate cuts affecting SCYR dramatically, I went neutral and am still so. How you tell is the "The Whetherman" banner color - was red and now is gray. I expect to make it green by the end of April and will be putting all my cash into aggressive mutual funds then.

At least that is the plan... I will let Mr. Market tell me what to do! BTW, I have some VERY happy co-workers who took their money out last year who can't wait to get 2x or 3x the number of shares back over the number they sold! Then there are some whose pending retirement is looking VERY bleak!

Will NAZ hit 500??? In a year it has dropped 3,500 points. Will it go another 1,000 points now in April???

Stay tuned!
