The WORST that could happen would be an intra-meeting cut in rates: LET'S GET THIS OVER WITH!!!!!!!! NAZ down 300

what do you think the chances of the SOX making a rally of any substance before the next book to bill is announced.? (Later this month- don't know exactly when.)

Seems like the Sox buying last week was window dressing only because hoping against hope. hadn't failed 516 retest of dec.

so if the sox leads the Nas, then how can we rally if logically people would be concerned that book to bill could be worse than last time.

Seems to indicate any rally doomed to be short lived and fail. Bias will remain down until SOX looks like near term recovery is at hand. BWDIK

Does this make sense?
