no condo's...no,no,no,no,no... buy single family homes only... look in the phone book and see who is the hud or va repo sales company in your area and always ask them what the 'tax appraisal' value is on it...then if it is not trashed out to bad...offer them 70% of the value...aint a bank in the world wont loan money on that deal...30% down already built in..
