Warp, he said the Arms indicator gave the signal for an imminent market bottom on 3/22/01. Showed a chart going back to the eighties [I think] where TRIN had only hit 1.5 a few times. [that's the 10-day ma]. That was it. About the same thing Hays said in this weeks Barron's interview. If anyone doesn't have access, here it is suite101.com
