Senate OKs GOP health amendment

WASHINGTON (CBS.MW) - Vice President Cheney cast his first tie-breaking Senate vote Tuesday, providing passage of a GOP-sponsored amendment that would allow the Senate to reallocate future funds toward Medicare if needed.
