"Qualcomm, the basis for this conversation, has never made any claim to being the sole contributor to W-CDMA IPR"

So I guess that since Qualcomm has never made a claim to being the sole contributor to W-CDMA IPR.. Then Qualcomm will soon also have to license those same IPR from IDCC? No?

I mean.. That means that Qualcomm can't sell those impressive MSM-5200 MSM-6XXX series W-CDMA Asics without ALL OF THE NECESSARY WCDMA IPR! Which you have stated they have never claimed to possess.

You can't have it both ways!!
