Then Qualcomm will soon also have to license those same IPR from IDCC? No? I mean.. That means that Qualcomm can't sell those impressive MSM-5200 MSM-6XXX series W-CDMA Asics without ALL OF THE NECESSARY WCDMA IPR! Which you have stated they have never claimed to possess.
