Kurt, I can't really argue with your conclusions. I agree that it was not a prudent decision to do the financing this way, even if GMGC does see a potential benefit. It was shortsighted when you think of all the negatives the shareholders have endured...and all for chump change. I just wanted to pass along that GMGC made the decision to do this as opposed to them having no takers at $1, FWIW.

GMGC may only be counting on the VA rollout as a reason to get a better number for this deal, so I am not counting on anything spectacular just because GMGC did this. And we all realize Revere can buy in all at once at any time. I can't say I am full of optimism, but I don't think they are going bust either.

My main feeling is severe disappointment that something with so much potential has been so poorly managed do date. And I don't see anything which could propel GMGC in the near term to anywhere near the numbers we have seen in the past. I am hopeful, however, that the current price range will have be seen as an opportunity at some point in the not too distant future.

I have been reading your posts elsewhere, and the appreciation is mutual.
