I live and work in Maryland. But for the last 2 years I've worked at one of our downtown offices to be near one of our customers.

Yes the Dulles corridor could see some softness, but ..... ummmmm ..... in a way I think that's a good thing. Northern Va. sets itself up for boom-bust cycles -- like it did during the commercial real estate bust in the late 1980's. The builders kept building and the banks kept lending for AT LEAST 2 years longer than they should have.
