Yup, no $$ for debt coverage. And it is also quite likely that the rate increase will not cover the actual costs of the power purchases.

The politicians in CA are total failures in addressing the power problem that first appeared in San Diego a year ago. But they are all too timid, Dems and R's alike, to take meaningful action.

Its unbelievable to me that they are unwilling to do what it takes to get CA back on track. They are so afraid of losing their job....I hope they all get voted out of office.
