one thing i hope people realize is the lack of accuracy by the analysts and price projections. if the ceo's dont have visiblity, how can the analyst project?????
Even right now, with the naz down 60%++, look at how many stocks have BUYS and STRONG BUYS?

biz.yahoo.com

NO SELLS!! DUH...
And even more funny is look at the TARGET prices on the right side of that screen. LOW PRICE TGT $18, MEDIAN TGT $22, HIGH PRICE $65. The CMRC is at $5!

Price of the stock is the key, because that will determine the profitability and loss of your stock position. You are not out to *be a proud shareholder* of a company. The only determinant for profitability in investing is to buy at a low price and selling it higher. That's the main goal.

finance.yahoo.com

I feel the ONLY way to truly analyze *price* (not company) is to learn TA - ie: supply/demand. Example: If you looked at the charts of CMRC, RBAK, ARBA. There was NO DOUBT that the price of the stocks falling drastically was FACTORING in a major disappointment in their earnings. It does not take a genius nor an MBA degree in Finance.

The reason why im posting these "rules" or lessons is for all of us to SEE and LEARN and see what worked and what didn't work.

The opportunity to invest WILL ALWAYS BE HERE.. but it's our capital and money that is limited.
