Actually, I've never had a FirstUSA card. I will be getting one next month as TD Waterhouse sold their credit card business to them. I had planned on just closing the account because I had that account for the rebate. They are still giving a free trade for every $2000 of charges, but I'd rather have a straight cash rebate so I opened a Citgo Preferred Visa. Of course who knows how long that program lasts. Associates Bank was bought out by Citibank and I don't think of Citibank and rebates in the same breath.

Regards,

Barb
