The Reversal will come when the Value Investors say, "Thank you very much." to the Bears.

So far it's a game of chicken with Value money sitting on the sideline just waiting to see how much risk the Bears are willing to take before covering. Once that money starts coming off the sideline, I would expect an explosive rally.

Agree that the big question is still, "WHEN?".
