That's what I was going to try barring finding a recipe. Taste buds tell me that is all there probably is to it. That is the exact menu, scampi and a strip done to perfection on the grill. I can feel my arteries clogging already:)

That's exactly how I make my Scampi and serve it over
homemade linguine. It's become a Christmas Day tradition
in our family! It can also be served over rice, if you prefer. Good luck Jeff and Happy Birthday!!
