"Recission". If there is so much as an undotted "i" in a prospectus, the client can return the stock for full value. There is plenty in the Agra prospectus that a good lawyer could tear into little bits. As I noted earlier, this whole exercise is an attempt to save LU from a chapter 11 by dumping a big chunk of the debt into Agra. Even without a legal ruckus, LU's future looks tenuous to me. Not yet a "mortally wounded" but on the watch list.
