What really bothers me is when they tell me I'm unqualified for the role of neighbor, friend, senator, accountant, etc. <edit for sense> Well, prejudging for senatorial character is inevitable - not precisely fair, perhaps, but I'd expect to be assessed on all my views. I'm not sure I'd want to do the accounts of someone who judges others on that matter... who knows what other beliefs they might hold, which 'believers' they might have trusted... <g> Neighbour? Certainly not sure I'd want that. Friend? LOL. With views like theirs, it would be unlikely...
