Hi Rory,

I wonder if anyone besides me is continuing to follow SMOP. It's supposed to be guaranteed at least $4.71 in cash or conversion into .471 shares of PEX. Take a look at PEX. THis would seem to guarantee about a one-month 6% cash return, or possibly a 10% or higher return if converted into PEX (at holder's choice, best I can tell). Most people would be pretty happy with an annualized return of 100% or 200%.

What's wrong here?

Addition/revision: as I hope is clear, I do own quite a bit of SMOP and have, since it was at $4.21
