I tried to short but it said "security restricted". The
stock is not shortable I guess, so instead I bought
puts. I bought the April 32.5's. All I can think of
is the thousands (or hundreds of thousands?) of people
that want to get the hell out of that stock! HA HA HA.
Didn't buy too many puts, since sometimes these
lockup plays can backfire on you.

I think the answer to the depends on what the insiders do with their shares. If they give them to their broker for safe keeping then I think the answer is yes.
