Mr. Allen: You use the "Clearly you are a sore loser" line on everyone who disagrees with you. Try something new for a change. Get a new speechwriter. Maybe hire Peggy "Read My Lips" Noonan. Fact is, D-Dubya-I has been a disappointment as president. He has provided no basis for optimism on the economic front, and now, on the international front, he is letting Rumsfeld, Cheney and their hawkish cabal of cronies dictate foreign policy as if it were 1958 all over again. This administration antagonized China from Day 1, and now we are paying the price.
