Many institutions move together like a school of fish based on TA and little players can get overwhelmed. If trading on technicals is your thing then go for it. I did it successfully for many years, though I missed huge long term moves in stocks like EMC, AOL, Dell, Cisco, and just got a piece from time to time, even though I knew their competitive strengths.

Mark, you don't need TA to trade here, just short any tech stocks that still in 40 or higher, and it's getting harder and harder to find one now, like nvda, chkp, or even msft. :)))
