gst, it's always like he talks about his version of reality (usually just bits and bytes) when it suits him, and then continues to dance around the substantive issues that really make a difference to us investors when it doesn't suit him.

given the very important topic that was at hand, his latest ouster from the thread <g> is the best example of this. after all, what is the problem with discussing a topic like asset allocation in a horrendous bear market for a few posts if the thread's topic is stock picking? how many threads are there that don't allow at least a few OT posts occasionally? you just mention it and the other intelligent posters (such as gene recently) acknowledge it and then the thread moves on to the subject at hand. no big deal !

why does asset allocation have to be such a secret subject with wh? why does he feel so threatened by it to kick off a long-time and (hopefully <g>) respected poster for mentioning it ??

apparently, the guy is so financial secure (hard to imagine given what he tells us about his 90-95% investment in dog stocks off 98% or 99% from their highs) that the topic is not worth discussing, even tho his new econ rat followers may not be in such an enviable position......
