I have FNM leap PUTS, but shorted FRE yesterday for a shorter play. Any reason to pick one over the other?

ALL: shorted FNM today. anticipating real estate bubble's demise. That is one of the few PUT positions I kept. I could not figure out wht it just tanked 3 points so quickly. My PUT entry was at 75 so I would at least like to break even. M
