You could be right, the original conclusion of the incident was termed as an accident.

The true state of tech is probably more based on public participation and i feel the public is seeing to much of cost cut within their own job structures to have sufficient faith to enter the market with any sincere enthusiasm at this time.

As you know, Bounces and/or Bear Rallies don't last very long in this Polar Bear environment.

<Hopefully there's not a risk being in cash, however I do wonder about that even from time to time.>

The gold stocks outperformed cash last quarter by a wide margin.
