Could be any number of entities- hindsight is 20/20 but reviwing the s1 i note the following- the company's ipo was for 10MM shares at $10. but there was an additional 36MM shares outstanding and the average purchase price was less than $1 a share. in addition there are over 9MM options and warrants issuable at average prices between $2 and $2.50 a share. so a lot of people can sell stock at $4 and still make money.
