albert, I wonder how "ironclad" Intel's contract with Microsoft for Xbox is. Maybe Intel will wind up suing M$ for the XBox delay. Petz

Albert, Yes, amd signed an ironclad contract. But the bottome line is that biz has turned to crap. AMD is a good company. If there were ready buyers - they wouldn't be suing to force the customer to take unwanted product. Alcatel is a fine company. If their biz wasn't in the crapper - they would have taken the product and dumped in the gray market. Overall it's a bad for business between the 2 companies. And it show flash biz sucks. And it show telecom biz sucks too. And only folks with blinders can say thats a positive. regards, Kash
