I did see a note on the Yahoo boards.... A poster said that whatever hit 10 first he was backing up mini-pickup and was gonna call it a day.. ... His selections were CSCO, SUNW, or ORCL. He didn't care which one landed on the 10 number first. He's got a point . Does it really matter?

It will end abruptly and not predictably. Only folks who start the process now will get in at all at these bargain prices. This is a classic case of dollar cost averaging. If i were out thats what i would be doing--buying and hoping for lower prices to by more.
