I work in Sunnyvale, middle of Silicon Valley. Lots of big expensive buildings still under construction on very expensive land. As they get finished, they mostly stand vacant. Many of these tech companies own the land and buildings. They can't move in because the moving companies want cash in advance. Lots of commercial real estate signs going up. Lots of builders and banks will be left holding the bag.
