Ted, I asked Scumbria what protectionist measures Bush might be pushing. You replied talking about efforts to establish a huge trade zone and WTO talks. That doesn't sound too protectionist to me.

I didn't have time to separate out the WTO comments. As I understand the trade zone...its being set up as counter to the EU and will be protectionist as it relates to that trading entity.
