I thought we had capitulation on March 22nd when the Dow swooned back up violently, and the fact that it has been holding well above that 9100 level here, tells me that the Naz will eventually follow. People still have a lot of money and i am told that margin calls are met with new cash rather than heavy selling. I think that real capitulation will not happen until later this summer. Right now, I think that we should have a stealth rally, no one will know when exactly it started... Zeev
