I agree with both. We should not apologize until and unless it can be shown that we were at fault. Its unlikely we were from the little bit of information that is available but it is possible that can change as more information comes out.

Not admitting guilt may be a good strategy but don't be surprised if we don't get the plane and crew back quickly.
