Trading Tech / finding a risk vs reward bottom...

I'm curious as to why right here; right now - anyone would be buying tech before Cisco reports.

Let Lucents BK rumors be true, let Chambers drop a bomb & see where the NAZ bases.

Look at the recent collapse in Telcom Junk Bonds - GX & LVLT hitting new lows... actually; let SBC come down to $35ish & it's the Last Cash Rich Cow standing... there's going to be some HUGE winners after all the pretenders collapse & go under in telcom land. I really like how SBC is positioned.

JDSU & CSCO both could see single digits - simply amazing considering where we were just months ago...

The same critic's who would have said these valuation levels were impossible months ago - are the same morons who are saying Gold is dead... Maybe sooner, or later they will catch on that all the "Old School" players called this right & all the "Old School" rules will work on the way out... and "GOLD" is about as "Old School" & as Hard Asset/Money as you can get.

Kudlow & Forbes are not wrong on calling for $350 Gold - we are going to get it & the XAU/HUI is going to be a repeat of what we saw in the OSX & it will move from the same price levels as well... XAU bottom was 41 & the OSX bottom was 45. OSX top was 140 & the XAU upside is its broad cycle resistance at 150 as well.

The Oilpatch gave us a 2.5 - 3 bagger return & the XAU/HUI is going to as well.

Flipping Black to Yellow Gold - from one "3 bagger to another" - whodathunkit ?

OT/Yep. They were nipping today(g).

All it took to run off the Italian Stallion was holding a mirror in front of the fat little critter.

One loud yelp and he scampered straight for the porch. Onlookers report the only reflection he saw was a big Joe Bean label.(G)

Hmmm. Modern day version of the Picture Of Dorian Gray methinks.

Well, off to repenish the Sumatra supply.
