Ritz properties in Honolulu have for sale signs sprouting like weeds: asking prices are absurdly high, but I expect that is just a matter of attitudinal readjustment... However, I wonder if in a market like this, if enough insiders have not cashed in (out) to keep high end stuff up forever. Hawaii has a limited amount of real eastate, and CEO compensation has not exactly been falling like the underlying stock prices... Thoughts?
