Kash,

Could you post your models for this quarter and the reconciliation for last quarter

Last quarter (CPU only)

Processor Units ASP Revenue
------------------------------------
Athlon 2.45 $150 $367
Duron 2.45 $ 57 $139
K7 combined 4.90 $103 $507

K6 2.00 $ 30 $ 60
K6+K7 6.90 $ 82 $567

Q1 conservative

Processor Units ASP Revenue
------------------------------------
Athlon 3.00 $130 $390
Duron 3.00 $ 50 $150
K7 combined 6.00 $ 90 $540

K6 0.20 $ 30 $ 6
K6+K7 6.20 $ 88 $546

Q1 optimistic

Processor Units ASP Revenue
------------------------------------
Athlon 3.60 $150 $540
Duron 3.00 $ 57 $171
K7 combined 6.60 $107 $711

K6 0.40 $ 30 $ 12
K6+K7 7.00 $103 $723

With Flash flat, the conservative EPS would be 0.33, optimistic 0.68. But flash is probably more of a wild card that what I am accounting for. Also, since Compaq started selling low end notebook with K6-2+, my K6 numbers may be too low. Duron is also an unknown, but increase of about 550 thousand to compensate for loss of more than 1.5 million K6 sales seems fairly conservative. From unit sales, Duron represents the highest potential upside.
