I hope your right about the rally. I'm not sure Dell gaining market share is good news for AMD.

A rising sea raises all boats?

More importantly, the markets are desperate for good news. I believe this will prompt a rally in many tech stocks including AMD. Then of course, we will get some bad news and have to retest but hopefully at higher lows.

That's how this $h*thole of a market will recover...slowly, very slowly....in fits and starts. In addition the CEOs of tech will see how what they say directly influences the markets and may try to come out with some good press for a change. Remember its the corporations that are paralyzed and in a buying stasis right now....they need to start feeling some confidence.

Not saying boom times are around the corner; just that things may elevate slightly from here.
