Wouldn't the correct terminology be re-reconfirming "Confidence"?

I'm not trying to bash the stock or anything here, it just seems to me that there is something goofy here that they had to announce it twice. And this one only to make mention[the] "company said Wednesday that Coleman will discuss the guidance at a private luncheon Thursday"

Doesn't sound like reg. FD to me. I'm even going to carry it a step further and suggest that what is said at the "private lunch" and what is said later in the press will be two different things.

Yes, I have a short position here.

why is this man desperately reaffirming guidance left and right, every day, at raves and pajama parties?
doesn't the quarter for BEAS end on april 30? there's still 1 month to go.
i wonder what kind of loan he took using his BEAS holdings as collateral.
they'd better grow fast into this valuation, because last time i checked the p/e was over 500.
