The Ravi Suria article mentions that the smaller players like the CIEN SCMR etc, have a better chance of making gains expressly because of their smaller size.. Its easier to grow revenue from 1 billion to 1.5 billion than for a CSCO to attempt to grow 40 billion to whatever? its also easier for the smaller players to steal significant market share in terms of their size.. CSCO looks like it will be single digits soon
