On the DJIA I've got a 40 day cycle that opens up until 6th of April. Another turning point is the 10-11 April. A developed indicator is suggesting the DJIA is oversold. It has not done this since 10/18/00 and a low of 9654. The whole sheebang is restless for a strong move UP...! But only a bear leg up...! It's my contention the traders don't want to break the bank and send themselves packing into the wasteland. When recruited their never told, brokers are in a cyclical business, and come and go like tumble weeds. Without any bad news it might well be strong move.
